Part 08HA - Tilt-A-Rack Height Adjuster
The Tilt-A-Rack Height Adjuster should be used when you are installing the Tilt-A-Rack Scooter Carrier on a vehicle with low ground clearance. The Height Adjuster will raise or lower the rack by 4" Up or Down.If your receiver hitch is below 12" on your vehicle a Height Adjuster is highly recommended to raise your rack. The Height Adjuster can also be used if you have a vehicle with a high ground clearance. PLEASE CHOOSE CLASSII or CLASSIII FROM OPTIONS.
